Preparing a Visit

PLEASE NOTE : Your animal’s current vaccinations must be sent to the salon of your choice prior to your appointment. No vaccination records your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply.

If you have a favorite picture of your animal that you would like us to match, please bring this picture with you or email to us.

The condition of your dog on the day you arrive will dictate what we are able to create with our magic combs and scissors!

When making your appointment, discuss your grooming needs with our licensed stylist and understand some basic terms prior will help you to choose the right service.

Please inform the salon of any health issues your animal may be experiencing. Animal that shows following symptoms such as coughing, heavy discharge from eyes, nose, diarrhea, bleeding, flea infestation must be treated by veterinarian and allow to recover first, grooming appointments will be rescheduled to a later date.

Aggressive animals will be turned away if the Groomer is experiencing difficulty or is not safe when handling your animal.
